Terry joined the firm in 1972. After graduation from law school, he worked as a deputy prosecutor in Ada County prior to joining the firm.
His major practice areas involve municipal law, real estate, estate planning, probate and general business. He is the former Nampa City Attorney having held that position for 40 years.
Terry was born and raised in New Plymouth. He is married and has three sons.
